Some of the local attractions are the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the town of Carmel, both within a hours drive. San Francisco is only 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The historic town of San Juan Bautista with its many street festivals and historic mission is just 10 minutes away. Of course, being so close to Monterey means world class golf at Pebble Beach, with an abundance of other courses to choose from. The wine country in Napa is 2 hours away, and sking at Lake Tahoe is only a 4 hour drive. Yosemite Park, 2 1/2 hours and we've barely scratched the surface of the exciting destinations close to our location.
Shopping is nearby with the Factory Outlets in Gilroy 20 minutes away along with many restaurants.
