  • I worked in the PICU department(s) in the hospital. They will lie to you in the interview, so beware; make sure that if self-scheduling and true rotating schedules are deal-breakers for you that you get them written into your contract, because otherwise you will be working mostly nights and when they tell you to. Oh, and you'll work a day-night turnaround every week. 11/17/2015
  • Housing was approximately 15 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was LocumHousing. Housing was located in city of Berlin. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Stayed in a 3br house that was shared with 2 other people; this was self-arranged and not through the agency or hospital. Not a bad arrangement, but not sure I'd do it again. Hospital isn't in the best of neighborhoods - downtown Hartford.
