  • I worked in the labor delivery department(s) in the hospital. The labor and delivery unit is unsafe. If you are the traveler you will do all of the work and get the worst assignment every shift. This is without a doubt the worst experience in my 10 years of healthcare. Many travelers just quit this assignment because it is flat out hell. 06/23/2018
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of lompoc. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. The town of Lompoc is dirty and full of crime.
  • I worked in the Labor and Delivery department(s) in the hospital. The Nurses in this dept. were very cliquey and did not like or treat new travelers well at all. They are mean and despiteful. They involved the manger who was buddies with them and she even threatened me. That was my last night of this place I left. I would never advise anyone to go there. There are 2 OB's there and one was one of the best Doctors I have worked with. Great person. 10/10/2017
  • Housing was approximately 60 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was In Pismo Beach. Housing was located in city of Pismo Beach. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I drove because I love Pismo Beach. The housing was in a apt that normally will not rent to travelers. They just had a opening and liked me so they let me rent.
  • I worked in the Surgery department(s) in the hospital. 2015 Very nice to travel nurses with a few hiccups along the way. It has 4 OR and GI lab. They do all of the C Sections in surgery. They are unable to keep staff there because of the click personal have. If you don't fit into there click life is miserable. Each click fights with one another and back stabs each other. So now management is hiring nurses aides from the floor to lean how to scrub from scratch and pre op nurse to lean to circulate. PACU nurse that was a scrub tech many years ago now is learning to be charge nurse. NIGHTMARE!!!!!! 12/28/2015
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Mobile home. Housing was located in city of Lompoc. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
