  • I worked in the sterile processing department(s) in the hospital. One of my favorite travel assignments! Old hospital, old equipment, no tracking system, OR is down a long hall, up an elevator, down another long hall so picking up and delivering instruments is a hike. BUT....the SPD staff is the best. Everyone has a daily assignment but these folks work as a TEAM and do whatever needs to get done. Friendly, fun group. Worked 11a to 7:30p and enjoyed both. BUT....THE EVENING SHIFT ROCKS!!!! 07/30/2016
  • Housing was approximately 5-15 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was see below. Housing was located in city of Londonderry and Salem. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Housing was complicated. Ist apt the agency found me did NOT HAVE PARKING!!!! I had to stay at a drug riddled Red Roof Inn in Salem for a week while they found new housing. 2nd place was in Londonderry, 20 miles from the hospital, only available for 3 weeks. 3rd place is only 4 miles from the hospital, cute, clean and EXPENSIVE. Housing is so expensive that I'm hardly making any money. Hospital is 30 miles from Boston, near the beaches, shopping yadda yadda......but be prepared for the high costs here.
