  • I worked in the Rehab and floated department(s) in the hospital. I like that I was never cancelled a shift my whole assignment, this is rare. 05/24/2018
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Regency Palm Court apartments . Housing was located in city of Los Angelos near Koreatown . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. No microwave in apartment, have to go through a lot of hoops to get referral bonus of other tenants for just 100 dollar discount
  • I worked in the Operating Room department(s) in the hospital. They don't welcome travelers at all. Not very good with orientation. Management is not very people friendly and they will stab you in the back behind your back and won't discuss anything with you. Certain individuals are treated better than others. They don't utilize travelers efficiently. Would not recommend this facility to other travelers. 08/09/2017
  • Housing was approximately NA mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was NA. Housing was located in city of NA. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. NA
  • I worked in the ICU float department(s) in the hospital. I was assigned to CTICU but frequently floated to every ICU in the place. The staff is not very welcoming nor helpful. Prepare to work every weekend. They don't give you hard assignments but they give you the busy assignment. I was rarely called off and towards the end of my contract they switched my home unit to neuro ICU. Which I would try to avoid at all cost. The manager at night Linda is unbearable and goes out of her way to make your night a nightmare. In all fairness it wasn't terrible but I won't be going back. You have to buy your own uniforms (All Red) and you have to pay for parking. The cheapest lot is about a mile away from the facility. It's 50 a month and they bus you to the facility except if you work at night. If you work nights you can park in the structure next to the hospital but you still pay for the cheap lot. Such a rip off 03/11/2016
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Archstone Los Feliz. Housing was located in city of Los Feliz. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. They had a nice pool, a gym (it was small but had basic stuff) the appliances were ancient (gas stove gas oven) and no matter the setting cooked your food extremely fast. The halls looked gloomy but weren't terrible. The noise was minimal and it was located next to everything.
  • I worked in the CVTICU department(s) in the hospital. Please beware of this hospital...as a day shift ICU nurse you will float to med/surg almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. They will float you to units you have zero experience in and do not feel comfortable floating to. Most of the staff is rude and treat the travelers like crap. Nurse on many of the units are down right lazy and will not offer to help you at all. This is an awful hospital to be a traveler. 06/06/2015
  • Housing was approximately 9 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Private housing. Housing was located in city of Los Angeles. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5.
  • I worked in the 4 South department(s) in the hospital. The staff varied on different units. The 4 South ICU unit is very mean to travelers and is not willing to teach other travelers who do not have a 100% CVTICU background anything. If you are not Filipino, then you do not matter. Avoid this unit and mostly the whole hospital. 02/09/2015
  • Housing was approximately 23 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was .. Housing was located in city of Los Angsles. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. I took the stipend for housing.
