  • I worked in the COVID Stepdown department(s) in the hospital. Poor morale, understaffed, no support from management, inconsistency within the hospital, frequent floating, lack of ancillary help, 01/16/2021
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Inverness Cliffs. Housing was located in city of Meadowbrook . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Safe housing in gated community. Not company provided
  • I worked in the Float Pool department(s) in the hospital. Beware of this hospital!! They will put your license in jeopardy comditions are not safe PCT are not helpful every nurse for themselves no teamwork I floated to 5 main mostly and although nurse to patient ratio was horrible the nurses there were friendly and understanding of how travelers were feeling about their working conditions one time I had 7 pts no tech 4 totals all PEG tubes wasnt done passing my meds till 2am that morning. I wish some one would have warned me 06/10/2017

  • I worked in the 5 main department(s) in the hospital. Entire Hospital is understaffed d/t poor management and pay. 5 main is notoriously known as being a terrible floor to work on/float to. Pt. load is typically 5-6 (days) 6-8(nights) pts with plenty of tech support on days, but usually 1 or none on nights. There are no phlebotomist, so it's up to nurses to draw their own labs. A lot of the doctors are very rude to the nursing staff. Best thing about this place was that staff was very welcoming to travelers and the cafeteria breakfast food is delicious. 01/30/2017
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Private. Housing was located in city of Birmingham . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5.
