  • I worked in the LTACH department(s) in the hospital. Zero orientation. Full assignment alone on the first day. Doctors on staff frequently yell or berate nursing staff. Staff morale very low. High acuity and unsafe patient ratios. 1:6 dayshift nurses 1:18+ for aides (occasionally 2 aides but once census dropped to 17 one of them would be sent home) Nursing and office staff were super friendly and the best thing about working there. Definitely have to try Jerry's Curb Service for lunch! 04/23/2017
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Radisson. Housing was located in city of Beaver Falls. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Hotel had a full restaurant/bar on premises. Also had a heated pool an hot tub.
