  • I worked in the 4E department(s) in the hospital. They are ridicously understaffed ratios are 1/6 on days at times. Most of the time y I unsafe no CNA and if you do you have to breathe down their neck. (CNAs here are union) Pretty much if you plan on coming here you will have primary care every day and night. Charge nurses are in full teams as well, so you have no resources. It's very much a sink or swim mentality. There is no lift equipment on any floor. The staff is not helpful. The onboarding process is a pain, you have to come up the Friday before your contract starts and they are very secretive about your schedule. Plan on working a full 12 hours your first day. You will get about 8 hours of orientation and then you are given a team. I will not come back to this hospital. 08/24/2020
