  • I worked in the OR department(s) in the hospital. The staff is extremely cruel to travel nurses. When they orient students or new grads they teach them that travel nurses are to be treated poorly. They make the travel nurses bounce from room to room. The make the travelers work a weekend shift then take call after so you’ll Be there for 16 hours on a Saturday or Sunday and expected to return for your 6:30 shift the next morning. They have variable shifts so you’ll work days mid shift and evenings - I felt burned out by week 3. The charge nurses are of little to no help. The doctors were nice to work with and seem to understand the level of inefficiency this facility was ran. The stererlizers were in the basement and had holes in the floor with aspestos. The state and JACHO both made visits while I was there. I loved the area to live. Too bad the state of the hospital I would’ve loved to have stayed up there longer 08/24/2019
  • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Furnished finders. Housing was located in city of Santa rosa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Furnished finders for housing. Lived in an amazing granny unit that backed up to the woods. Lots of deer wild turkeys and a family of baby foxes
  • I worked in the Operating Room department(s) in the hospital. First they were so desperate for some on night shift, there was no orientation. The scrub tech was a big help. I struggled working the night shift with minimal help with an ancient computer system. Finally, I made the scheduling person help. Come to find out, the executive secretary never gave the access I needed. They belittled me for not picking up the old ancient system. 04/26/2018
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was none. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Housing is very scarce and expensive. Renting a room is $1050/month
