  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Medium-small hospital. 6 bed ICU, mostly IMCU patients, but it's kind of the secondary hospital in the system so it gets transfers from the critical access hospitals and overflow from Bend. Great staffing, 1-2 ICU pts or 3 IMCU. On nights they usually have a float helper and break nurse as well as the charge and supervisor. You almost have to try to miss a lunch/break. Just transitioned to Epic, their build could use some polishing, but no major problems with tech. 07/13/2018
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Boulder Brook. Housing was located in city of Redmond. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Arranged my own housing through "MyLuckyHouse". Townhouse with garage and 2beds. Good AC, nice place, close to the hospital. Redmond has a fairly low cost of living. Cheaper housing in Bend, but the traffic there is getting bad and COL is a bit higher.
