  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. ICU was run by med surg nurses basically. Tripled almost every shift and floated to med-surg/step down frequently. 10/21/2020
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private. Housing was located in city of atlanta. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. private housing
  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. 09/10/2018
  • Housing was approximately NA mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was NA. Housing was located in city of NA. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Use Meditech but are rolling out epic in 2019. The surrounding area is not ideal for living. A couple of nurses offer room for rent. I rented a room 20 miles away but commute time was quick. Hospital 1 mile from interstate exit. Delay in starting b/c hospital does not accept drug test agencies provide. Wanted their own. Friendliness towards travelers is mixed. GREAT with scheduling. ER is more efficient than most I've worked but they were establishing Cath Lab while I was there and it was on the other side of the hospital! Nurse to patient ratio is good UNLESS you are in fast track or mid track. When ER rooms are full, this nurse gets EVERONE ELSE, has no tech and perfoms all tasks. That is where I ended up most of the time.
