  • I worked in the ICU/MICU department(s) in the hospital. 05/10/2010
  • Housing was approximately 15 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was ?. Housing was located in city of N Vegas. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1.
  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. 90% core staff is Filipino. 03/21/2010
  • Housing was approximately 9 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Copper Creek. Housing was located in city of Henderson. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Noisy. Basic apt.
  • I worked in the Med/Surg department(s) in the hospital. Close prox to the strip. I feel safe in the area. As for the hosp itself there is all paper charting. No in- house lab. Pharmacy isn' t open at night. Most doctors are awful, incompetent, and arrogant. A lot of hospitalist. Nurse must pull teeth to get ANYTHING done. Most ancillary dept orders are not done in a timely manner (xray, us, mri, ect). Average patient nurse ratio is 1:7 days (plus cover LPN) and is worse at night. 2 CNAs for 42 pts on days and 1 at night. Don't expect anything from them but AM vitals. When a patient is discharged expect to have a new admit within minutes. Unit secretary for 42 patients. Expect a lot of attitude from them. The hospital treats travelers the same as staff nurses. Staff nurses are friendly and accepting towards travelers but team work is lacking. Scheduling method for staff and travelers is the same. So far I have not been floated or cancelled. 04/23/2007

Gated comm. Nice gym, pool, and hottub. Great location. I had a garage, and a covered parking spot. 15-20 minute drive to hospital and strip. 735 sq ft. Washer and dryer. balcony
