  • I worked in the CVOR department(s) in the hospital. Our nurse manager always made sure all the nurses and techs got their breaks. On multiple occasions, our nurse manager would scrub in to assist in procedures when we were short-staffed. When census was low, I was always given the option to go home but was never sent home. 07/07/2019
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Urban Realty. Housing was located in city of Louisville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. A coin operated washer and dryer is available, but there are also coin laundromats close by.

  • I worked in the stepdown department(s) in the hospital. patient ratio needs improving 1:5 or 6 most always on night shift. you have to go to the ER to pick up your admits and leave your patients basically unattended. your patients are scattered to all corners of unit, supplies never seem to be available so there are a lot of extra steps/time to get something simple done. scheduling consisted of mostly weekends and random every-other-day schedule to total ruin any chance of going home or doing something fun on off time. 01/28/2016
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private. Housing was located in city of old louisville. • I worked in the Step down ICU department(s) in the hospital. Need to look at nurse/patient ratio... and assignments giving 5 patient and 2 different hallways at this level of care dangerous...supplies always missing simple thing like 3ml syringes and med gloves....Assistant Nurse MGRS on power trips and more interested in selling products... ONe excellent mgr Cindy Carr..individuals need to follow her example... 02/19/2013
