I wanted to let you know in the first reading this notebook has already paid for itself. I made the decision four weeks ago to go "independent agent" by signing up with travel nursing agencies and a local staffing and home health agency (to provide income until traveling begins). The number of possible agency choices is rather daunting, and I have already discovered "bumps" in the road, such as no representation in preferred states or no employment available in my specialty, i.e. psych nursing. The first piece advice to prioritize WHY the traveling is important; my reason was to be able to access my children and grandchildren in OH and MI (I presently live in AZ) during the summer months. The second piece of advice to choose a travel agency based in the preferred state was great, and I am going to use the notebook to begin that process.
