  • I worked in the Operating room department(s) in the hospital. The core staff was generally unhappy and rude to travelers. The surgeons wanted "regular" staff and were not accepting of new faces, no matter how competent. Awful manager seemingly disliked by all because they thought he dealt with people unfairly. The staff seemed very concerned about taking breaks & lunches. Case volume was extremely variable. I had guaranteed hours, but hospital was amazingly fair about calling me off. They put in me in the regular rotation & I had a lot of beach time! Awesome location but the attitude of the staff made it my work worst assignment to date. 06/24/2015
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Colony Parc. Housing was located in city of Ventura. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Nice pool, good management, quiet, dog friendly, easy access to everything.
