  • I worked in the Emergency department(s) in the hospital. The day shift staff in the ER are fabulous. They were very welcoming and always helping out, great teamwork. The night shift staff always seemed grumpy and unsatisfied with their jobs. Some of the doctors were jerks, definitely an elitist attitude among many of them. Meditech charting which was kind of archaic. It's a very busy ER, sometimes you would have 5-6 patients, but usually only very briefly and the charge nurse would be working on settling people for you.
