  • I worked in the Float med surg tele department(s) in the hospital. Run dont walk away fro. Sunrise hospital. 09/23/2019
  • Housing was approximately 18 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Private residential . Housing was located in city of Summerlin. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2.
  • I worked in the Nicu department(s) in the hospital. Sometimes the assignments can be heavy, but the staff works well together and is always helpful and nice to each other and the travelers. 12/19/2017
  • Housing was approximately .5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Extended stay america. Housing was located in city of Las vegas. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. There were apartments avaliable but were 20 to 30 minute drives and some not in the best of areas. I chose the extended stay across the street for proximity to hosptial and benefits included kn staying at a hotel.
  • I worked in the Float department(s) in the hospital. Worked in the float pool at Sunrise and it's 2 sister hospitals. Staffing was the biggest issue. 9-1 patient to staff ratios every night, with upwards of 12 pts/nurse. Use meditech. The parallon agency they used was great, was able to pick when we wanted to work. The area is great for touristy things. Bellagio fountains are a must see!! As well as the sky tower. Never a dull moment on your nights off. Fremont street is the place to hang out!! 06/04/2016
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Hitching Post RV park. Housing was located in city of North Vegas. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. In a shady part of town, however gates were locked at all times. Facilities were very nice!! Would definitely stay there again!
  • I worked in the ONTS department(s) in the hospital. No resources to make up for limited orientation, staff so short it's near impossible to find someone to ask for witness when needed or how to do something or use equipment you're not familiar with. So short that rounding is unheard of and in a huddle, they actually had to tell staff to wear a stethoscope because JCAHO is coming. Poor management with lousy attitude. Absolute shame, please think twice about this place. Sometimes you cannot keep going because it's only 13 weeks. 02/25/2016
  • Housing was approximately Na mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was NA. Housing was located in city of Na. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Not in a great part of town
  • I worked in the ONTS department(s) in the hospital. Think twice about this place. Unsafe working conditions. Unfriendly management. Travel nurses are disrespected daily. Started with 5 travel nurses..only one remains and now I know why they all said buh bye.vegas is wonderful with exception of the healthcare system. The staff members are great and many friends made. It's the managemental that is awful. 08/06/2015
  • Housing was approximately .2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Extended stay. Housing was located in city of Las Vegas. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. This hotel was filthy. I had red bumps on my arms and I was scared of bed bugs. Scary neighborhood as some pts lived in this area. Homeless and drug addicted pts. Think twice about this facilty. Money isn't everything
