  • I worked in the NICU department(s) in the hospital. This has been an amazing unit to work in. One of the top rated NICUs in the country, staff super friendly and happy to have the help, travelers make their own schedule, no floating, and lab draws all your lab work(which is sometimes rare in a NICU setting). I would highly recommend this unit to any NICU traveler. Memphis can be a little shady but you just have to know what parts of town to stay away from. I stayed mostly in East Memphis which is a safer part of town. Took the stipend because my permanent residence is only about 2 hours away so I stayed in a hotel or Air BNB when working. 10/31/2015
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Hotel/Air BNB. Housing was located in city of Memphis. . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. The La Quinta Inn on Primacy Pkwy can be pricelined for a very good price and is in a safe part of town!
