  • I worked in the PCU department(s) in the hospital. Housing watch out for scams. Hospital : unorganized . Not traveler friendly, no type of organized 1 or 2 day orientation .none at all. No orientation to facility . Management & staff perform falsification of documentationre: all documentstion . No leadership. Msnsgement & persons of leadership rolls threatening of staff . Horrible unprofessional inexpierenced management & staff. They have set up the perfect culture of what NEVER should be done in all regards . This culture has a trickle down negative effect throughout the department. Bullying, intimidation, unfair treatment of travel nurses, staff nurses that are not part of majority group . Inappropriate behavior of male manager towards female staff. No orientation. Duplicate documentation , from beginning til end . They are are awarded a dozen travel nurses for staffing & rarely keep 1 throughout contract . They fill all positions . And on arrival you are kept according to age , looks , “getting on well with managers”. From 11 they pick 3 & narrow down to 1 who rarely completes 12 weeks. The worst facility I have ever gone to . Will never take a HCA facilty position again. Red flag!!!!! Dont go there. Save yourself the hardship too many facilities want travel nurses.. this facility needs to watched, looked into investigated undercover . Then you can thank me for watching out for patients & intimated abused staff. 12/05/2017
    • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Beach rental (non existsnt). Housing was located in city of Panama city beach. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Please watch out for panama city beach, Fl . Alot of scams & fraudulent activity in this area. Identities being stolen, web pages taken out of context & used to scam honest hard working professionals . If you normally fo housing. You need a licensed professional to check out to confirm legitamacy
