  • I worked in the Emergency department(s) in the hospital. Housed at Passeo Villas approx. 10 mins from the hospital and very nice. Orientation is hit and miss, I never did get my 3-4 hours on computer orientation. Breaks don't always happen due to pt visits. Staff is great and supportive. Morale is not that great, but staff is really helpful. 01/10/2017
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Passeo Villas. Housing was located in city of Manteca. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
  • I worked in the Medsurg/Tele department(s) in the hospital. A small two floors hospitals, I worked on a medsurg/tele floor for Nights. They have a MT (who is also the secretary) by the front desk in charge of the tele monitoring. It's a small hospital. Staffs are friendly and receptive to travelers. They have a meal relief RN (also known as the resource RN) who comes in to make sure you have your 30min meal break, and three 10 minutes breaks. Scheduling is a hit or miss, you can put in a request but sometimes it doesn't always get approved. Call-offs are on rotation basis with regular staffs, and they can call you off once every 2 weeks. Doctors have godly attitudes, may be condescending and difficult to work with. 03/09/2016
  • Housing was approximately 20 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Torcello Apt. Housing was located in city of Stockton. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. I lived in Stockton (apparently not the best city to live in) and commuted to work, took the stipend. Rent was $900/mo for 3 month lease. Place called Torcello Apt (beware: you may not get your security deposit back)
