  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. ICU staff are very friendly to travelers and assignments are fair. Travelers are treated as good as FT staff. Great teamwork. I have extended twice and would stay longer but I’m at my 1 year mark. 02/20/2018
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Air B&B. Housing was located in city of Jeffersonville . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Rented a room off air b&b from a single lady who became my best friend. She works days and I’m nights so we both had our privacy. She even allowed my family to come out to visit on occasion and stay the weekend for no extra charge.
  • I worked in the Labor & Delivery department(s) in the hospital. This facility was extremely understaffed. The permanent employees were leaving in droves. The manager was fairly new, and micromanaged everything. One of my supervisors literally could not start an IV, and could not manage labor patient because she had never been trained to do it. She only had postpartum experience. They routinely staffed 2 RNs, who would each be managing 2 laboring patients, plus admit and care for any and all triage patients that came in during the shift. Their CSTs were hit and miss. Some were very helpful, and others never did anything unless their was a c section. The admission process was a mess. Their were four different systems the patient had to be admitted into, before you could care for them. And the CST's refused or had never been trained to put patients into the system. Their idea of being helpful, was to get a set of vitals on the patient before they were put in the system. This of course was worthless because the vitals were not recorded in the system because the patient had not been admitted yet. This is a terrible hospital to work labor and delivery, and not very safe for the patients either. 11/14/2017
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Stayed with a friend. Housing was located in city of Sellersburg, IN. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3.
  • I worked in the Icu department(s) in the hospital. Some things are nice. Certain workers are super nice and helpful. Others well are lacking in kindness. Younger nurses are spoiled and they won't let I do anything to critical, even if u are the most trained in that subject. Dka is treated with ketone strip checks, no endotool. RTs don't intubate. Older nurses are awesome. 02/19/2017

  • I worked in the Er department(s) in the hospital. I was verbally abused by a couple of doctors. Dr porter threw charts when he was having a temper tantrum. Always short staffed and dumped on travelers. Very sad place 08/08/2016
  • Housing was approximately 7 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was None. Housing was located in city of New Albany . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Housing was what I found on Airbnb
  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. Nurses are friendly but dump a full assignment in your rooms while they sit on 1-2 patients. Maybe that's why they are happy 06/23/2016
