  • I worked in the PCU department(s) in the hospital. I worked PCU but was *frequently* floated to the other units (sometimes going weeks without working on my "home" unit. It's in South Tampa, so the clientele is mostly rich or homeless, very little middle ground. Lots of psych, lots of cocaine/spice/etoh. It's an HCA facility, awful ratios and staffing. Charting system is ancient (a primitive version of MediTech), and they still use paper charting (handwritten MD orders, etc). Would have been a total miss for me, but the staff was largely wonderful to work with and I lived within walking distance. 09/12/2016
  • Housing was approximately 0.5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private apartment complex. Housing was located in city of Tampa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. My housing wasn't provided by my contract
