  • I worked in the MS/ICU department(s) in the hospital. The ICU staff have no idea how to be an ICU nurse. They have a lead nurse for 6 beds and she sits on her butt all day. The staff claim that when they get a manager who tries to get them into shape , that the staff just complain and the CNO fires the new leader. I only saw the CNO one time and she was pleasant to me. You will care for a psych patient one day and they are a nurse the net. Crazy place. 02/04/2019
  • Housing was approximately 10 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Aspen Suites. Housing was located in city of Kenai. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Small rooms. Close to groceries and Walmart. Meth and heroine addicts are the predominant population. Just because it is a small town, it is not safe. Look up hospital shootings. The administrators are false and self serving.
  • I worked in the C2-AAU department(s) in the hospital. Psychiatric Hospital, open 10 years with 800 patients. I've had a great time working there. Found the staff great and pleasant. The biggest issue was disorganization, and techs not wanting to do their job-lazy and demoralized, but everyone wanted to work lots of OT. The Hospital needs more staff, but I found that somehow they were staffed comfortably if you are not lazy and willing to work the whole shift and not sit around browsing sites. I enjoyed the patients as well. Moral is low, but mainly because the staff has unreasonable expectations, thinking that they are the hardest working nurses in the world. I found this assignment to be nice and would recommend it. 10/09/2016
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Inn At Creedmoor. Housing was located in city of Creedmore. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Very basic-no kitchen, but good cable and tv and close to the hospital. Not the fun area, but safe and convenient.
