  • I worked in the Surgical department(s) in the hospital. Area is nice place to stay pricey though. 06/04/2019
  • Housing was approximately Na mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was NA. Housing was located in city of Na. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Some of the OLDER permanent staff are not friendly to travelers.
  • I worked in the surgical department(s) in the hospital. Board isn't ran in an efficient matter. Surgeon preference cards are a DISASTER, and never correct. Surgeons are verbally abusive to travelers. There aren't enough instruments to perform the volume of cases that are posted. Some days there are 10 total joints or spine cases, and typically only enough instruments for 6 cases. Flash sterilizers are utilized far too frequently. Communication is a HUGE problem between management and staff, Pre-op and staff, and PACU and staff. housing is super expensive. Best bet is to look on craigslist for a room, and even then, it's still pricey. Stipend doesn't really reflect the cost of living of the area. 02/21/2017
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of mount pleasant. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. none
  • I worked in the Surgical department(s) in the hospital. 10 bed OR. There are at least a dozen occupied travel positions. Management segregates permanent and travel staff. Board is horribly run. Area is beautiful to live. Lots of great places to eat and things to do. Housing is extremely difficult to find. Stipends are not adequate for the area. Most travelers live over 30 mins away. Will easily pay over $1K for an empty one bedroom near the hospital. 12/08/2016
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Thickett . Housing was located in city of Mt. Pleasant . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Parking is terrible. Not worth the high cost although it is cheap for the area. Walls beyond thin. Can hear my neighbors cough, sneeze and snore. We often watch TV together thru the wall of course.
