  • I worked in the ICU/CCU department(s) in the hospital. Would not recommend any one to work here. Staff are rude and catty, charge nurses are the worst. The staff prefers their overtime so they are unhappy when there are a lot of us here with 48 hour contracts. I get floated to med surg often, and even more often am tripled while a nurse or two sits at home. Super boring hospital, practices are outdated and unsafe at times. 09/29/2020
  • The name of the housing complex was My Camper. Housing was located in city of Odessa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. The only plus side of this place is that they have camper hookups for free.
  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. This is one of the friendliest places I have ever worked. Travelers are treated like staff. I worked in ICU, they don't tend to give travelers the sickest patients or traumas unfortunately, which sometimes can lead to being 3:1 ratios. There is loads of teamwork, though and great staff morale. Odessa is an oil boom town, not a vacation area, but if you come to work and like OT, this is a great hospital. 11/07/2018
