  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. We were tripled on ICU patients more than 75% of the time, no techs, nurses to busy to help each other. Staffing was done by someone in HR not nursing Unit. Worked my 3 shifts and called later in work stating that I was a no call no show but I wasn't on schedule they had given me (This happened 2 times in 8 weeks) Some nights more travelers than staff. 06/15/2018
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was hotel. Housing was located in city of Ormond. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. Staid at a hotel

  • I worked in the ICU, ER, Tele, M/S department(s) in the hospital. Staffing was terrible except when they had lots of travelers during the winter months, and then you never knew where you were going to be (changed assignments in middle of shift lots of times, sent home early). Didn't consider unsafe working conditions for any of the floors. You could never refuse any pt for unsafe staffing. 09/05/2006
