  • I worked in the Emergency department department(s) in the hospital. RUNNN!! I ending up leaving this contract before it was completed due to the poor management, no leadership (including HR), incompetent staff, which lead to an unethical and unsafe work environment. Nurses or physicians don’t assess patients. Extremely subpar standards of care. This was the absolutely most bizarre experience. The pm physician working in the ED isn’t even an ED physician. They treat you like the days you work, you’re really on call. You are not guaranteed 36hrs/week, only “6 shifts per pay period”—tell me that’s not shady. You are the first the be flexed hours. When calling HR/employee health you get hung up on because you no longer work there. If you’re not willing to be a part of the good ‘ol boys club and cover up the negligence, you might as well move on. 02/21/2019
