- As a travel nurse I have worked with 3 separate agencies before finding Host Healthcare. I struggled to find a recruiter that would get back to me in a timely manner and help me with questions I had. I was so frustrated that one night I decided nothing else seems to be working, so lets do a google search. After reading some of the reviews I was super hopeful that just maybe, this would finally be the company I would be excited to say that I work for. So I reached out to one of their recruiters Elise Kyes. Hands down one of the best decisions that I have ever made! She does such an amazing job of getting in touch in a timely manner, and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out or get you in touch with the right person. No days waiting on a response, or people avoiding your calls or texts. I have never been so thankful for having a recruiter that genuinely wants to help me find a contract that works best for me. 02/19/2024

- Ryan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my first travel assignment. He worked tirelessly submitting me to jobs and kept me updated every step of the way. Once I got accepted for Austin, Texas, he even sent me food recommendations for the area. He even texted me to tell me Merry Christmas and he responds fast when I have a need or ask him a question. - I’m on my first contract with Host Healthcare, and my recruiter, Katie Cummings, is one of my favorite people I’ve ever done business with. I connected with her randomly through a Vivian post and I feel like I struck gold!
Her communication is just phenomenal—always clear, thorough, and incredibly responsive. She’s super smart, and she really understands nurses and the whole business. She made an effort to really understand me and my goals, and then found that magic combo of being proactive and taking initiative without ever overstepping.
I was looking for really specific parameters for this contract, and she worked her butt off for me. She jumped on many opportunities immediately and never seemed to mind me throwing 8 million ideas at her. She took the time to educate and inform me when I needed it, and made me feel like every question was important. She‘s organized and organized and knowledgeable and a good writer with a great sense of humor and I could go on and on.
I love Host, too — all their systems are so clear and organized, and they offer some great benefits and resources. Communication throughout departments has been excellent, and onboarding was a piece of cake. Their pay and benefits are consistently above what other agencies are offering. I feel like they’re transparent and fair and totally trustworthy. 11/16/2023
