  • I worked in the Rehab. department(s) in the hospital. I worked both shifts. Day shift was very helpful and great team players. Unit manager was the most loving compassionate individual, along with fair and non judgemental. Assignments were fair, but did have 5-1 and TPC of at least 1-2 patients, both shifts. Night shift was harder to work with though polite and professional, spoke to each other all night in their dialect. Night shift also had the mindset of only care for your own assigned patients and were very bewildered if you answered their patient call lights and toileted the patient. 11/05/2016
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was extended stay. Housing was located in city of OKC. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. I stayed both contracts and price was great and close. Consider bringing your own cleaning supplies. The other extended stay is about same distance if you don't want fitness room (that does not work,) or swimming pool, (that was not open till after July 4th) It is even less expensive by about $5 a day.
  • I worked in the transplant ICU department(s) in the hospital. This hospital has been a wonderful first time experience. The nurse manager, Cheryl Smith, was cordial, professional and her team welcomed me to the unit. I would HIGHLY recommend Baptist to any traveler! 07/04/2006
  • Housing was approximately 30 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was friend. Housing was located in city of Norman. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I took the housing subsidy. Traveled with Cross Country. Subsidies could be better, but overall, happy with company
