Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was apt heights. Housing was located in city of hollister. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. OK - I worked in the OB department(s) in the hospital. Very hostile, in the middle of contract negotiations, blatant disregard for safety, no evidence based practice--very stuck in their outdated ways. Management very poor. Cafeteria awful, but new building is attractive. 09/06/2015
Housing was approximately 12 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private. Housing was located in city of private. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. - I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Very POOR management. Staff morale is horable...Do not like travelers, and will let you know. Was at facility with negotiations (YES THEY ARE UNION) and became very hostile. I was the only traveler at the time and boi, sometimes i felt i was going to get jumped in the parking lot. Management has no clue on how to operate a unit.I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE!!! Backwards ways, and want to run it without rules. Do not believe in updating policy and procedures. Oh and when you have a problem about patient safety, don't expect to get a response or even an acknowledgement that it is a concern...Definately be seasoned to go there, cause you ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!. I lived in housing 30 miles away, and loved it cause i was only 10 miles from the beach, that was the WORTH it part.... 06/17/2008
Housing was approximately 30 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was 30 miles away, South 101. Housing was located in city of Gangville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. be very specific about housing, there are alot of gangs in the whole area, even in the hospital town, BE AWARE... - I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. Having worked in busy urban Atlanta ER's,this is a nice paid vacation.It's a 6 bed ER,and there is usually 3 RN's,sometimes 4,which is a breeze.Staff is friendly,helpful,there is plenty of supplies,so no hunting in 4-5 rooms for what you need.40 miles from Monterey.Farming area,so lots of roadside stalls selling fresh produce.Hollister has a weekly Farmers Market down town,about 20 vendors. 06/08/2007

My housing is a one bed M.I.L house seperated from the owners house by a driveway.Cathedral ceiling,lots of windows overlooking the manicured back gardens,pvt garage with remote.The owners have supplied EVERYTHING!!.And they like my dog too...They are great.I may have them adopt me!!!Although another traveler in similar housing 10 houses away is having a nightmare time with her landlords.
