  • I worked in the ICU float department(s) in the hospital. I worked nights. when I was in Neuro ICU my ratio was 2:1 Rarely 3:1, but I was helped. on the floor it was mostly appropriate EXCEPT for the Neuro tele unit. The Neuro Tele unit frequently had 6:1 some times 7:1 with open beds where they would admit patients with new strokes that would require q15 min checks and they might give you two of them! I refused an assignment once and they yelled at me for not being a team player! stick to the ICU's you could be floated to but seldom. 01/18/2019
  • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was craigslist short term. Housing was located in city of greensboro. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
  • I worked in the cardiac department(s) in the hospital. Stay away from this hospital. It was very unsafe. The rooms only had small gloves and usually there was 2-3 boxes of medium or large gloves laying around at the desk. the local travelers and staff was very jealous. at the nursing station on 2 different days 2 different local travelers cursed me at the desk in front of staff, families and doctors. after going to the administration I was told that they were sorry and that it was a system failure.in the past one of the supervisors told me that sugar was put in her gas tank beware, don't go very unsafe.... 08/26/2007
