  • I worked in the nurse sup department(s) in the hospital. INcrediable initiative of nurse leaders for education and ongoing learning opportunities for such a small unit 17 beds..better than any teaching hospital. Almost all staff was professional, competent and friendly..in fact lots of staff were travelers who returned for permanent jobs...Excellent place to work. 02/19/2013
    • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private. Housing was located in city of ketchikan. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Small island..housing difficult dependent on season... but the scenery and experience worth all the inconveniences you might put up with..end up only sleeping in the place...all other activity outside.
