  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Brand new small hospital! Very welcoming to travelers. Work load is manageable. Lots of things to do in western CO! National Monument, Ouray, Telluride, Glenwood Springs, Vineyards in Palisade, hiking, mountain biking, Moab isn't too far! The town is quaint with cute main street. Zero traffic ever. 11/08/2016
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Corner Square Apartments & Rya Suites. Housing was located in city of Grand Junction. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Great place to live nice and new, but pricey for the area. Chose because short term, dog friendly, and furnished. Management company is the worst though. Will not rent "sight unseen".
  • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was OakView. Housing was located in city of McCook. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. 05/23/2013
  • s I worked in the Med Surg department(s) in the hospital. This is a small community hospital with 24 beds. If you expect big city services you will be disappointed. Restaurants are on the other side of the town but that is 2 miles away. Housing is usually available within that radius. The staffing ratio is great 3 to 4 per nurse.
